SMS Messaging Policy & Terms

Who sends these messages

Broker Simple provides a CRM platform that licensed real estate agents use to communicate with their own clients and leads. Text messages are sent by an agent (or automatically on that agent's behalf) to contacts the agent has a working relationship with. Each message identifies the sender.

Types of messages you may receive

• Appointment, showing, and meeting reminders
• Listing, property, and transaction updates
• Follow-ups and replies related to your home search or sale
• Occasional informational or promotional real-estate messages from your agent

How consent (opt-in) is collected

You receive text messages only after providing your mobile number and consenting to be contacted by SMS. Consent is collected through one or more of the following:

• Submitting a contact, lead, or sign-up form (online or in person) where you provided your number and agreed to be texted;
• Providing written or verbal permission to your agent during your working relationship.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase. You can decline or revoke consent at any time (see “Opting out” below).

Message frequency & rates

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with your agent. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Broker Simple and your agent do not charge you for these messages.

Opting out (STOP) and help (HELP)

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation and will not receive further automated texts unless you opt back in. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact your agent or Broker Simple support.

Your privacy & data sharing

We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information, SMS consent, or phone number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the messages you consented to receive and is shared only with our messaging service provider (Twilio) strictly to transmit those messages.
