By accessing or using Broker Simple ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Broker Simple provides a commission management and operations platform for real estate brokerages. The Platform enables brokers and agents to track transactions, calculate commissions, manage compliance documents, and communicate with team members.

3. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Broker Simple offers a free Starter plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro plan pricing is based on the number of agent seats selected. Billing is processed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

• Pro Plan: $7/agent/month, unlimited agents, advanced features

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Resell or redistribute access to the Platform without our consent

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Platform. You grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your data as necessary to provide the Platform services. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Commission calculations are provided as tools and should be verified by qualified professionals.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broker Simple shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may request export of your data prior to account deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
